Information about the scope and character of services provided by Collective Intelligence, a.s. company to INTERGRAM with the aim to streamline the exercise of collective administration within the field of public performances carried by INTERGRAM.
CI is a company entitled only to execute the above mentioned services for INTERGRAM, and in no case shall it carry out collective administration of the rights of performing artists and producers. It does not grant any authorisations to the users to exercise the right to use performances and fixations. INTERGRAM has an exclusive right to enclose with the users agreements, pursuant to which the authorisation of the performers and the producers to exercise the right to use their performances and fixations by communicating them to the public is granted. Remunerations paid by the users for the licence to use the performances and fixations by communicating them to the public are being remitted to the account of INTERGRAM, which then the remunerations collected from the users for the licence to use the performances and fixations, distributes to the performers and producers in accordance with the Copyright Act and the Accounting Rules of INTERGRAM.
Services provided to INTERGRAM based on the above mentioned mandatory agreement ensures the CI Company through external workers who it recruits. While performing the activities for INTERGRAM, these external workers identify themselves in contact with the users with an authorisation – a card with a signature of the director of INTERGRAM and INTERGRAM stamp.
