Under Art. 71 para 1 a 2 letter g) and Art. 76 para 1 a 2 letter e), resp. also Art. 80 para 1 a 2 letter e) of the Czech Copyright Act the use of performances and phonograms or ideograms for public performance is not allowed without the permission (license) by performers and phonogram and videogram producers.
The user of performance and phonograms and videograms are those legal and/or natural persons who communicate performances and phonograms and videograms within their business activities, e.g. organizer of public performance.
