Dear rightsholders,
INTERGRAM is working hard to process all the supporting documents for the upcoming distribution of 2021 remuneration. These are primarily playlists from broadcasters, but we also need an input from you, the rightsholders.
We are moving past the old system of sending documents via postal service. From now on we prefer electronic means of communication. Below you will find a summary of all the deadlines for each category of rightsholders.
We ask that you to meet the deadlines below so we can process all supporting documents in time to pay the remuneration within this year’s distribution.
Supporting documents from performers
- Registration of repertoire (recording protocols, albums, etc.): by 15.3.2022
- Conclusion of the contract (for the newly represented performers): 31.3.2022
Supporting documents from phonogram producers
- Registration of repertoire (producers’ catalogues for 2021): 28.2.2022
- Complete lists of labels to which producers owned rights in 2021: 15.3.2022
- Conclusion of the contract (for the newly represented producers): 31.3.2022
Supporting documents from producers of audiovisual fixations
- Conclusion of the contract (for the newly represented producers): 31.3.2022
