Individual Use

The individual use means any use of a specific music track, e.g. in a movie or commercial (synchronization), in compilation, an offer to play a track on demand online, etc. In all such cases, INTERGRAM is authorized to grant a license only on behalf of performing artists represented on the basis of a contract of representation of economic rights (individual contract), not on behalf of producers. The rights of producers must be settled by the user separately. Similarly, the rights of artists with whom INTERGRAM has not entered into individual contracts are settled on behalf of such performing artists by the relevant producer (music publisher or a distributor).
