Unidentified and Unlocated Rightsholders 2025

In the Key Documents and Information section, you can now find data on recordings with one or more unidentified or unlocated rightsholders pursuant to Section 99c(4) and (5) of the Copyright Act for the year 2025. The following documents are available:

1. a list of recordings with unidentified or unlocated producers,
2. a list of performing artists for whom we hold a payable royalty balance.

Producers who find their recordings in the first list may directly fill in their share of the producer’s rights in column “J” and send it to us at: vyrobci@intergram.cz. Performing artists who find themselves in the second list are kindly requested to contact us at: umelci@intergram.cz.
